When we needed our flat roof replaced, we contacted five different contractors for estimates and was there ever a big difference in their expertise and customer service. One company actually cut open our roof in a couple of places which we later learned is totally illegal; another made promises that were totally unrealistic. Peter Coscolin of West Point Roofing was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful person we talked to. Even though West Point's estimate was one of the higher ones, we took it because it was very thorough and we came to trust Peter. Peter clearly had our best interests in mind and helped us decided on the best option that we could afford. The work crew did a great job. When they left each day our yard was spotless and all their tools neatly stored for overnight. One worker always stayed an extra hour to ensure no hot spots remained. Our only criticism is that one crew member smoked while working on the roof, which is a big no, no. West Point finishes off a new roof in a manner not done by the other companies we consulted; they use a unique trim design that ensures the roof will drain properly into the eave troughs. Peter, who has years of roofing experience, inspected the work himself; he noticed one stack had not been insulated as he'd promised us and that was quickly fixed. We learned that roofing companies are far from equal, we found West Point to be a top shelf company on all fronts. When you have to pay thousands of dollars, it is important that you can trust the company doing the work. Peter Coscolin quickly earned that trust with us and we were not disappointed.

Finding a company that cares as much about the small, out of the way jobs, as the big jobs, is hard to do. This is definitely a find. Easy to deal with and prompt, no time is wasted to find a solution to whatever roofing problem you might have. I would call them again in flash.

I had called a few roofers over the weekend that let me down. All of them. Come Monday morning and i was referred to WP by a colleague. I explained the situation. A building that i manage as a contractor had a leak and sourcing out a roofer for a temporary repair had been challenging. I received a call back from Scott Jenks. He was professional, understood the task, promptly contacted the tenant to get access. So far, they have been great to deal with. 4 stars right now. If they complete the repair in a timely manor, i'll revise to 5 stars. Revised: The repair was completed, excellent service from theses guys. I've already contacted them with more work. 5 Star service!

Scott has been excellent to deal with on my multi-bay commercial building in Sherwood Park. For the most part, roof leaks can be pretty frustrating to fully fix/find the source but their team was sent out essentially same day, fixed properly and Scott sent me pics of the job to follow up. Service has been great and I'd for sure recommend Scott to other flat-roof commercial building owners. When the time comes for a full-recap of the membrane Scott will be my first call.

We contracted West Point Roofing in 2020 to replace the flat roof on our Cathedral Rectory. We were provided with good recommendations, direction, and the company was very attentive to our needs. The work done was excellent, and we are very happy with the service provided! The company with continue to inspect the roof annually for the next few years.
