* Please read the whole review * I interviewed three painting companies (because the initial painter did an awful job and went MIA!). I was impressed with Josh from the start. He arrived on time, took off his shoes to view my place, made suggestions on what should be done, took photos. He sent his quote via email within a few days - the program he uses is quite impressive as well. Excellent communication - he sent an update at the end of each day and was very responsive when I emailed/had a question. I've already recommended Josh to several friends... even before my project was finished! THANKS JOSH! Keep up the great work! Addendum: I connected on May 15 for ceiling lights re-touch..... and still waiting. UPDATE: I've sent several emails and texts... final email was on Sept 30... to date (today's Oct 10 2024), no response. This is the reason why I changed my review from five stars to two stars. Good job but follow-up work/email response is non-existent. It's been over five months and I've given up that the re-touch will be done. Will I still be recommending West Point Painters to family/friends? Well, they see what the final product looks like.

Josh was amazing, he came in on a last minute call and was extremely professional. When he arrived he did a consultation, during that time he was friendly and easy to communicate with, he explained everything in detail while in a manner that was easy to follow by breaking down each area that needs to be fixed. The paint work was perfect, almost as if the wall was new, and he did it all in very fast manner. He also patched up areas that we didn’t notice before all within the time slot.
