Claire & Alex, Rob, and the whole team are incredible. The professionalism is palpable from the first step into the clinic. When I had my pup neutered, they made sure to give him extra cuddles in the back. Now, a year later, he is always excited to go to the vet. I have recommended their establishment to many new dog owners. 10/10 for professionalism and 10/10 for attitude. Best veterinary clinic in town.

We have trusted WKEAC with our family dog for years, through several procedures, and they have always been caring and thorough. All staff are compassionate and thoughtful with the pets in their care. They communicate well with us, and the wonderful front desk staff have even gone out of their way to ensure we received the claims we didn't even know we'd be entitled to by our pet insurance.

My nervous dog Apollo loves coming here. Every one is reassuring and always makes him feel comfortable. We see whichever Vet is available and have always had great service. Any questions we had were answered and anytime he needed extra medical care every thing was explained to us.

My yorkie has been going to this clinic for 6 years , and every time Dr. boo has been incredibly kind and caring. Whenever we need any procedures done, we always get an estimate and never feel like dr boo is pushing unnecessary testing. Everything is very transparent. dr. Boo is very passionate about the wellness of my dog and jackjack loves him ! Highly recommend !

The West King Edward Animal Clinic staff is absolutely amazing for their pofessional service and compassion for both pets and their owners.. Ths is long review so bear with me. My sister found West King Edward Animal Clinic for me when I told her that I didn't trust the previous vet on Kingsway and Joyce because the vet gave the same speech to me about my then 12 year old Cooper, dog's leg as to the following canine client, a 9 month old puppy's leg when I went in about Cooper's stomach issues. I only hear this nonsense because they forgot to give my dog his leash, so when I went back to the 'room' to get it, I heard the same exact speech told to the next client as told to me. How is it possible for my 12 years old dog and the 9 months old puppy have the same medical issues? Big red flag! The previous vet was trying to up sell on other medical procedures that truly weren't needed especially since both dogs were totally active without any leg issues. I don't know if it was a language barrier, however, he still wasn't listening to me. In addition, I had chatted with the owner prior to his appointment and his puppy was just going in for shots. Therefore, I just got the needed vaccinations and never went back to the previous vet. Note: I returned back from the States after 30 years, so the first and closest vet here was a shocking experience because I had an excellent vet in West LA for Cooper's first 11 years. This was when my sister, Lana researched and found a family generational vet practice with positive recommendations. From day one, dealing with West King Edward Animal Clinic from the front desk to the veterinarians and vet assistants behind the scenes, the staff are compassionate, professional, and honest with my Cooper's medical issues. They showed empathy and left the final decisions for me to move forward or wait a bit for various reasons. Moving forward, it was time to cross over my 15 1/2 years old pup-pup love, Cooper to join his siblings for a permanent play date at the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge. I was a hot mess when I made an appointment, yet, all my questions and concerns about the entire procedure(s) were answered with empathy, kindness, and patience. From the moment I entered the clinic with Cooper, we were taken care of with 'extra' kid's gloves. Although, I brought my own box of tissue, they had accommodated us with one, water, and the most comfortable and softest throw/ blanket for Cooper to rest on. The WKE staff went above and beyond with their kindness and compassion. I can't remember everyone's name due to my teary focus on Cooper but I thank every one of you for being there at one of my worst moments of my life! Dr. Alex was amazing as usual. She was gentle and kind to Cooper and I. In the midst of it all, I was supposed to choose an urn for Cooper's ashes. But I asked the office manager to choose, and she chose well. It was a beautiful craved wooden box. Thank you for being there for Super Duper Cooper and I... 💜 I could go on but I am in tears writing this review.
