Recently had the Carpal Tunnel surgery and was recommended to see Amee Bhavsar - physiotherapist. I have tried several physiotherapists but Amee is an extremely talented professional, she knows what she is doing, very friendly and very supportive. Even though she has multiple patients at the same time but she still pays equal amount of attention to her patients. The whole team is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend 💯 to visit West Henday Clinc and you will be very well taken care of.

The West Henday Physio team is so kind and professional. Fatima is such a bright lovely woman, I always look forward to seeing her. Pankaj is super knowledgeable and really helped me with neck and shoulder pain. Thank you for being so great! See you next time :)

Whether its a car accident or sports injury or really anything the staff here is amazing. They took care of me during a very chaotic period after an accident on the road and for all 3-4 months of treatment I never did not feel welcome. Pankaj is a great physio therapist who will tend to you always same with Kayley the acupuncture and hot cupping regulated almost every bit of my back pain during my recovery. Forever thankful.

We’ve had a truly great experience at West Henday Physiotherapy. And that’s saying something, because as usual with every establishment I enter, I tend to arrive like a bit of a tornado - talking fast, all over the place, a bit of a mess. Despite that, the staff here have never once made me feel rushed, awkward, or bad about it. They’re patient, kind, and genuinely welcoming every single time. I see Joyce, and she is absolutely fantastic. She’s extremely personable, knows exactly what she’s doing, and does an excellent job. She jokes that people “love to hate her” because she’s so good at what she does—but honestly, I couldn’t hate her even if she “pushes you” a bit. You can tell she truly knows her craft, and that confidence makes all the difference. I genuinely love working with her. My husband, Paul, sees Jancy, and he’s been really happy with her. He says she’s one of the first physiotherapists he’s actually liked, which honestly says a lot. She’s very skilled, professional, and great at what she does. Paul even tried dry needling with her for the first time and was very pleased with the outcome. We’ve also had wonderful experiences with Delayni at the front desk. From the very beginning, she and I got along right away-friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. She was often the one helping with my TENS machine, putting it on or taking it off, and we’d always end up chatting. She’s warm, approachable, and just lovely to deal with. Everyone we’ve interacted with - including Shanika, who is often up front - has been welcoming, helpful, and professional. The whole team makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at West Henday Physiotherapy Edmonton. My physiotherapist, Joyce, is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated. She takes excellent care of my rotator cuff shoulder injury, using a variety of treatments and exercises that have made a real difference. The staff are also consistently welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
