Dr. Shokar has been amazing with my little boys dental journey. The staff at gp west dental are always professional and wonderful. Highly recommend.

I've been going to WGPD for years. This last experience was not great. It seems they've gone downhill in patient care. They're more interested in upselling. My main reason for going aside from x-rays would have been a simple five min. fix but the dentist refused to do it because of time. It left me going home in the same pain, I had come in with. It used to be that they'd go above and beyond for their patients, now it just seems they want to spend the time trying to sell you things that in my case would have been a total waste of money. The dentist knew it too. It doesn't make me want to trust anything they say or go back. I gave 3 stars only because it was the day before their New Years holiday & they wanted to go home. I get that, but 5 mins. would have given me a better New Years holiday, it's what they get paid a lot of money for. I emailed them first & got no response. That's disappointing too.

West GP Dental has changed my opinion about dentists. I hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassing amount of time, and they never made me feel judged. They took me through my options, treated me with care, and booked me in for all the things I needed to get done. Dr. Kim is amazing and so kind and gentle. The hygienist I saw (I'm so sorry I'm forgetting her name!) was easygoing and fun and very informative. The front desk staff are so helpful, and even called me when confirming my root canal appt to double check that I was getting it done so soon before Christmas because my insurance wouldn't cover all of it, and then she told me about their payment plans. You guys, I could gush on and on. I was so scared to go to the dentist after so long away, but this clinic makes me want to book in to get everything taken care of (which I am!) Thank you West GP Dental for everything that you do. Y'all are seriously amazing!

My name is Shawna Doerksen from High Level Alberta. I can't begin to express how greatfull l was & l am to Dr. Kim & his assistant Danielle. West Side Dental clinic has been amazing with the situation l was dealing with. I will drive 5 hours any day of the week to have this Amazing team any day . They are kind & offer such amazing support. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did & are still doing with the 3 days of fallowing up to see how l have been healing. You ALL are AMAZING 👏

Amazing team. The staff all treat you like family and are so helpful and supportive. I had wisdom tooth extractions as well as other teeth that were broke off at the gums so all that was left was the roots and Dr. Joy was truly amazing. By far the best dental experience that I have ever had. Three days after the extractions I wasn't taking my pain killers and wasn't even hurting anymore.. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. Especially Dr. joy.
