This is our second time calling Jordy - he previously did great work at my parent's home. After we struggled to clear a clogged kitchen sink ourselves, Jordy’s experience really showed. He quickly analyzed the situation and suggested snaking from a better location, which solved the problem immediately. Beyond the repair, he went the extra mile by redoing some piping and adding a cleanout spot to make future maintenance much easier. He is an expert troubleshooter who provides honest, high-quality recommendations. I highly recommend his services!

I have used Westend Mechanical several times in the past few years for Hotwater tank installations (in 2 different homes) . Jordy is extremely responsive, highly professional and very reliable. My kitchen sink was clogged, and the previous plumber wasn’t able to fix it. I’m very grateful that Jordy was able to help. He arrived promptly (within an hour of my call)and was persistent in finding a solution to the problem. He’s highly professional and came equipped with all the necessary tools for the job. Overall, I’m very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend him for future jobs.

My partner and I were STRESSED after finding a leak in our basement ceiling. Fortunately, Jordy immediately made time for us and made us feel at ease with his kindness, punctuality and fair pricing. He located the source of the leak very quickly and replaced the faulty pipe. So happy with the service, would highly recommend. :)
