Im a returning customer and, once again, I had excellent service. Friendly and professional staff, punctual and fast service, and the interior and exterior of my car is immaculate! I tell everybody about WCW when asked about detailing. Great work!

I had a gift certificate for a “comprehensive auto detail” and went into the appointment with high expectations considering a 4.6 customer review score! While I understand my truck was dustier than most, it doesn’t not justify the job done poorly and definitely not “Detailed” and it was far from comprehensive! Not very happy with the service I received!

I went to West Coast Wash and Detailing for a car wash today, and the experience was great! The process was very easy and smooth. I made a reservation yesterday online and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. My car was brought in for washing just a few minutes after my arrival. The manager, Mac, was very nice, friendly and professional. The wash was completed as promised. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place for car washes.

The were really quick but I was pretty much disappointed with their service. I booked for comprehensive carwash interior and exterior and they haven't even touch the parta that could be easily cleaned. I didn't even look at the car and paid and thanked them but inside was dusty as well and they just cleaned surface level to just show they are done and check that from their to do list. It is also hard to find anyone there and if it is your first time, you would have to find your way on your own. there was only one nice guy who helped me (altho he was already busy washing another car) and told me where to go but there was no other instructions or other person to guide or in the office to tell u what to do and where to go. Giving two starts because of their quick service and the person who helped. :)
