We took our 10-year-old cat, Yang Aiguo, to West Coastal Veterinary Clinic for a dental extraction, and we are extremely satisfied with the care he received. Dr. Loic and the entire team were highly professional, decisive in diagnosis, and exceptionally patient with our cat. Their approach is both confident and compassionate, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.🫶 Post-op instructions and anesthesia explanations were clear and thorough. Yang Aiguo is recovering well, eating comfortably, and doing great. A clinic that combines excellent clinical judgment with genuine patience for cats is rare. Truly grateful and highly recommended.

Really pleased with these folks. We worked with Dr. Legandre and his staff over a number of years finding the best long term solution for our cleft pallet corgi. We were given multiple options to explore and ended up opting for an experimental treatment in which Loic worked with other colleagues to create an insert that plugged the hole. His bedside manner is very open and welcoming and you know your pets care is the upmost importance to them. We are forever thankful for him and his staff.

I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience with West Coast Veterinary Dental Services, where my furbaby MinnieMee received outstanding dental care. Let's be real, anesthesia can be scary, and as a pet parent, I was naturally nervous about the risks involved. However, having a specialist like Dr. Angelica Bebel, along with an anesthesiologist and cardiologist on site, truly put my mind at ease. Dr. Bebel's professionalism, patience, and clear explanations impressed me greatly. Her team (including assistants and nurses) demonstrated genuine care and compassion for MinnieMee. The clinic's communication was superb, keeping me updated throughout the procedure. What truly stood out was the clinic's dedication to providing excellent care. Despite my initial worries, I felt confident leaving MinnieMee in their hands. The entire experience was top-notch, and I'm grateful for Dr. Bebel's expertise. Highly recommended! The investment in a specialist is worth every penny for the peace of mind and exceptional care your furbaby receives.

After being cheated by almost 10 vets for their lack of knowledge and/or skills, over-pricing and exploration for their interests rather than caring for my dog’s health and life, I almost gave up on the vets across a few cities in the lower mainland. With deep disappointment , actually more rage, a friend introduced me West Coast Vet Dental Services. Both my dog and myself were saved since our 1st visit, surgery at a reasonable price with excellent results, and free with caring rechecks! We are so blessed and lucky that we finally receive extremely caring services from the ethical, responsible, skilled and professional vets and staff there!

Dr Loic & the team were superb!!! Fantastic dental work, gentle and kind with our girl and amazing follow up…. Could not be more happy with her 4 titanium crowns and the fact she’s no longer in pain- she’s back to being a happy dog. Now with a killer grill 🤣👌🏽
