Edit: one good dentist after another! Thanks Dr. Wang for looking after my smile. Great start of 2026 thanks to Tracy and Dr. Chang. Jenny is always welcoming and provides professional advice. _________________________ Please don't get them mixed up with the deceiving clinic on the other side of the mall. West Coast Dental's prices are honest and legit. At least they don't force x-rays or unnecessary procedures on you. Receptionist Jenny is patient, polite and informative. Hygienist Alison did a nice job with cleaning and Dr. Peter Tsang was very considerate filling 2 cavities.

I’ve been doing my dental in West Coast over 1 year and all services and experience were excellent! Skillful techniques from Dr. Sun and her assistant made my teeth removal process successful and helped me heal quickly, highly recommended.

I have been visiting this dental clinic several times since 2025. The overall perception is very impressed. The front desk staffs especially Jennie are very knowledgeable and friendly, Dr. Sun is my dentist that she always did a good job, well done! The supporting staff such as the hygienists are very professional. The downside is sometimes the Government dental plan does not cover the actual expenses or the services provided are not covered by the dental plan. Under this circumstances, the patients are required to pay the balance. This is a huge burden for someone already retired without a valid dental insurance. Last year, I recommended my wife and friends to visit this clinic. They are also very impressed.

Have been with West Coast for over 10 years. Friendly reception and dental staff care about your teeth and wellbeing and are fully transparent about their fees and costs. If you are in the Richmond City Centre area, please go to them for your regular dental checkups. You won't regret it.
