I was told that I had 2 cavities that needed to be done. I had a gut feeling not to get them done, waited 6 months and went to another dentist, who said I have no cavities at all. Be careful who you trust with your teeth!

I had a great experience with my dentist. During my fillings, he clearly explained what was happening and gave me a heads-up before things like water or air were sprayed, which made the whole appointment much more relaxing. He also took the time to spot a couple of additional fillings that could be done and completed during the same visit, saving me from having to book another appointment and disrupt my schedule.

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed here and they did amazing! I was extremely nervous for the procedure including having iv sedation but they made it extremely easy! The doctor was funny and calming and the front desk was so supportive! Their customer service was top tier! My procedure went super smooth and I healed perfectly! I couldn’t have asked for a better environment!

I’ve been to this clinic a couple of times, and my most recent visit was a great experience. From reception to the hygienist, everyone was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Jumana is very knowledable, attentive and easy to talk to and treats the problem proactively. On my first visit, I explained a discomfort on the right side of my jaw when biting. The dentist checked it carefully, identified the issue, and adjusted one of my molars on the spot. I really appreciate her honest and proactive approach with no pressure of unnecessary and expensive treatments. They are very flexible in accommodating the appointments and rescheduling it at your preferred time when possible. Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. Highly recommended. 🙏😊

Let's be honest, no one likes going to the dentist. But when you have to go, it has to be the right people that make the experience worth it. The team at West Airdrie dental is truly amazing. From the appointment process, to check in, seeing the tech and then the doctor, my experience was 5 stars. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Badran and she's such a God send. She explained everything in detail and showed me the kinda work that had to be done urgently. And the other things that could be delayed for a little bit. My dental tech was also amazing joking while scaling my teeth. It felt very professional but also very personal. And upon exiting, the admins sitting in the front explained in detail the insurance deductions and what I was paying for. While I have to go back, im glad to have found a dental clinic that's professional, extremely flexible and very understanding. Will be back soon ( 😭😁).
