The quality of cleaning is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and professional. My clothes always come back fresh, perfectly pressed, and on time. I’m genuinely impressed and happy to keep coming back!!

I gave my Indian clothes for dry cleaning, and they did a great job. There were some stains that didn’t go even after trying at another place, but they cleaned everything perfectly. My clothes looked like new. I highly recommend them!

We are extremely disappointed with how this business handled a very simple issue. My husband brought in a brand new Tommy Bahama t-shirt (worn once) that was a Father’s Day gift, and it was returned to us damaged while in their care. After more than two weeks of no resolution, poor communication, and being passed between staff with no authority, he finally managed to speak to the owner. Rather than taking responsibility, the owner blamed the shirt’s material and told us to deal with Tommy Bahama ourselves and claim damaged material. The damage happened in his business, yet he refused to own up to it. We even provided a shipping slip dated June 1 to prove the shirt was brand new—though frankly, I don’t believe he was entitled to ask for any proof at all. The item was in his care when the damage occurred, and that should have been enough. To make matters worse, I’ve since learned that another local person had a nearly identical experience here—and never received any resolution either. This isn’t a one-off. It’s a pattern. This review is a warning to others in the community: if you value your clothing or expect to be treated with basic fairness and respect, take your business elsewhere. We already have! It is very disappointing because we like to support local business owners and this person doesn’t really seem to care genuinely about our community

I was using this location for all my dry cleaning business for a long time. Since the change I dropped off a dress I only wore once. My dress ($300 in value) was pink when I dropped it off and it came back light gray and with wrinkles as if it was never washed and if it was washed with jeans. I would be contacting better business bureau as when I phoned they could not come up with a solution for. I would give this business no stars if I could. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
