This place is clean and a cheerful environment. The gentleman I dealt with was nice to talk to. That being said he's more worried about making money than true customer service he's always telling people to use 2 washers or dryers even when you put no more than half full of clothes. He's only interested in making you spend more than you need to. I don't recommend WeDoLaundry in Burnaby.
