I had a great experience with this dry-cleaning store. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the whole process smooth and easy. My clothes came back looking fresh and perfectly cleaned. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning.

Great service by a girl named Nav. She was very sweet and humble. She did the best alteration of my clothes. I was very worried because all my clothes were very expensive and branded but she did her best job. I was very happy by her service:)

Standard dry clean pricing. I brought in 10 pieces and the dry cleaning was fine overall. The alteration on my four pants was average to below average. The stitching was crooked and not even. Unfortunately, the alteration was also delayed by three days. Their stamp system is interesting. You get one stamp per visit, not based on quantity. I brought in 10 items and got two stamps. Their house, their rule. If Nuv was not there, I probably wouldn’t even give three stars. Dry cleaning is okay, but I would stay away from the alteration service.

Be honest, the dry cleaning here is just OK. I took my dress to have a few holes repaired, but the staff didn’t inform me that the repairs would be done using a machine. When I picked up the dress and expressed my disappointment with the results — which looked worse than what I could have done by hand — they simply said it couldn’t be helped because it was machine-stitched. If I had known this in advance, I wouldn’t have left my dress with them. Clear communication about their repair methods would have been appreciated.

Please don’t come here for dry cleaning! I needed dry cleaning for a used wedding dress I bought. The service cost almost as much as the dress itself. I was charged upfront (should’ve been my first red flag) and we agreed that I needed the dress picked up on a certain day, so that I have time for alterations before the wedding day. On that agreed day nobody gave me a call to say that the dress is ready, so I came in the next day. They offered to inspect the dress but it was already sealed in a plastic bag and you can’t inspect much that way, in their dimly lit establishment. I come home and not only does the dress still smells, ALL of the spots and dirt that were there before weren’t cleaned. Nobody informed me that they were unable to clean the dress due to the “delicate fabric” nor was I offered a partial refund. I had to go in there and complain and was told to bring the dress back for them to see the issues, but obviously I couldn’t do that, since I had the alterations scheduled. The worst service and probably the worst dry cleaning.
