Mostly good opinions, but sometimes find one of the lanes closed for maintenance in busy times. How about doing maintenance at 10pm? Perhaps even earlier. Otherwise, great carwash.

Rude staff. On the afternoon of January 23, I brought my very muddy pickup here, waited in line, and pulled into a manual wash bay. When I entered, there was only one car behind me and the site did not appear busy. About 15 minutes into my wash, an older employee stood at the far end of my stall, pacing and silently staring toward me for another 15 minutes. After I finished, he approached and told me I need to come earlier or later next time, claiming there were “12 people waiting.” This was confusing, as I had no way of seeing whether a line formed while I was washing from inside the booth. Had I been politely informed in the moment, I would have been happy to wrap up sooner. If there are signs regarding time limits or expectations during peak hours, they were not made obvious to me in any clear or polite way. Quiet staring is not an appropriate or effective means of communication. Not all customers — myself included — are familiar with when peak hours are or how much time is considered acceptable during them. That isn’t common knowledge, especially for those who don’t use carwashes frequently. Clear, respectful communication at the time would have avoided the issue entirely. Instead, the passive-aggressive behavior made for an unfriendly and negative experience.

Worst car wash ever. Zero explanation on how to use any of the equipment you go to the vacuum and the shampooer and it's got a QR code there in a wash app and something else but no explanation as to where you can get coins no coin machine you can't use your debit card and it is super unclear which vacuum and shampooer is the one you're supposed to be using. It's very busy here but most people are going through the drive-thru car wash. The office is obviously closed and is probably never had the door open in several weeks considering how full of dirt and filth is on it no sign to say anything. Super disappointed look like a great place will never come in here again

Self wash payment method did not work for me (apple pay/physical card tap/swipe/insert). I had to use the automatic touchless carwash. I spent way more than what I usually do on this carwash, but atleast the results were acceptable enough.

Left my car with scratches :/ I take very good care of my car. Went in with no scratches, came out like this. Nothing that’ll stop it from running and don’t know why it didn’t like my car (Hyundai Accent 2009) but a warning to other drivers…
