Was booked by my wife months prior for our wedding day. My wife communicated with her the evening before our wedding day to confirm the time and address. We paid a deposit to book with her then paid in full prior to the wedding day. On the wedding morning she no showed with no communication and my Wife was left scrambling to find a hair dresser for her and her wedding party. Multiple attempts to contact Whitney via phone and text with no response. She is unreliable, and when she finally responded 2 days later she only refunded a portion of the money paid to her. It was only when I wrote a 1 star review (as you can’t give a 0 star review) is when she paid back the entire money including deposit. Unfortunately she has been able to delete her previous google profile which had multiple instances in her reviews of no showing and being unreliable. Now she has started a new google profile without these reviews to show her inconsistencies.

Whit really listened to my needs, as I my hair goals are to go long, but it was feeling a little dry and crunchy. She trimmed and reshaped my hair without cutting off too much and gave me a gloss which restored my locks. I am thrilled and can't wait for my next visit! Thank you!

I absolutely love my new hair! The colour and highlights are perfect. The way you cut my hair and styled it before I left was amazing. I actually got a compliment by a nice lady who was a hairdresser. That says a lot. I highly recommend Waves by Whit to anyone looking for a personalized and professional hair experience. I’ll definitely be going back for my next appointment. Thanks Whitney for making me love my hair again.

I cannot recommend Wave by Whit highly enough! I went in for a blonde refresh and left absolutely obsessed with my hair. The tone, the brightness, and the health of my hair were all perfect—exactly what I had hoped for and more. . The salon itself has such a calm, stylish vibe that makes the whole experience even better. If you're a blonde (or want to be), this is the place to go!
