I want to give a shoutout to Ryan Vincent at Wave Physio! I initially came to him with a shoulder injury which had been bothering me for a while and he managed to help me relieve the pain substantially. More recently I asked for help with some lower back pain and had the same experience. He is consistently patient, listens well, answers any questions, and provides excellent guidance for next steps. I highly recommend him.

Wave physio fixed me in one appointment. I went to another physio for 9 appts and nothing was resolved. One appointment and the issue was fixed and I was educated on how to manage it my self not encouraged to come back weekly which helps financially. Thank you !

I have had the good fortune to be treated by Tara Kramer at Wave Physio over the past several years for a variety of injuries. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and knowledge not to mention the great results in getting me healed and back on track. She is well skilled in dry needling techniques and offers an exercise regime to get you back to your activities quickly. Definitely the best physio I've ever been to, highly recommend her services and this clinic. Front staff is always pleasant and helpful too!

I had such a great experience at Wave Physiotherapy! The clinic was super clean, the staff were so friendly, and they even fit me in for a last-minute appointment, which I really appreciated. Ryan was awesome – super professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommend!
