Brand new car damaged after using this wash. My 2025 Mazda CX-90 Signature was delivered on February 3, 2026 and had never been washed before. On February 18, 2026 I used this location because it was advertised as a “Touchless Car Wash.” However, the vehicle went through a rotating brush/roller system. Immediately after the wash, swirl marks and scratches became visible across multiple panels of the vehicle. I reported the issue to staff right away on the same day and documented the condition with photos. I was later asked to return for a meeting on March 6, 2026. During the inspection, the operations manager stated that they could not confirm the damage was caused by their machine and said the business would not take any responsibility. I only asked for the paint to be restored through proper polishing or paint correction, but this was refused. Owners of new vehicles may want to be cautious before using this location.

I had an awful experience at Washworld Richmond and won’t be back. I used the automatic touch car wash and it did an absolutely terrible job. My vehicle came out covered in dirty smears, with grime still clearly visible on the paint. To make matters worse, you can actually see swirl marks left behind — something that should never happen from a basic wash. It looked like the equipment just dragged dirt across the surface instead of cleaning it. Paying for a wash and leaving with a vehicle that looks worse than when you arrived is unacceptable. Total waste your hard earned money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Chose best TOUCHLESS wash. Don’t bother with touchless option. Terrible wash. Phots taken 10mins after wash. Terrible swirls at the rear. Emailed the customer support for rewash/refund/credit. No response. Ghosted. Bad Wash for this this price is terrible

This isn’t my first time washing my car here but this time it’s really bad and disappointing, i picked the $19 for a “BETTER” wash and it looks the exact same as before. UPDATE: Took the receipt there and got a rewash, ended up real clean like usual, and staff was very patient and helpful. 👍🏻

Very bad service. I just washed my car using the Touchless – BETTER option, and the car is still dirty and has many spots. The service quality is very poor. I do not recommend it to anyone.
