Avoid this place. I had a terrible experience today and feel completely ripped off. First, I put $3 into the vacuum machine. It turned on, but there was absolutely no suction. The machine is clearly broken, and it just ate my money without doing a thing. Then, I tried to wash my car. I tapped my card and was immediately charged $5, only for the machine to shut off after just one minute. Usually, these "tap" systems are supposed to let you wash and then press "End" to charge for the time used, but this just took the money and quit. I ended up wasting money on a vacuum that doesn't work and a wash that didn't even last long enough to rinse the car. Completely unprofessional and poorly maintained. Save your cash and go somewhere else in Abbotsford that actually maintains their equipment.

​"STAY AWAY! This place is an absolute health hazard. There is drug paraphernalia everywhere, needles on the ground, and human waste. I was confronted multiple times by addicts demanding change and felt like I had to watch my back the entire time to avoid being mugged. Do not bring your family or kids here; it is completely unsafe. ​To make matters worse, the car wash is a scam. It’s $3.00 for a 2-minute cycle, but there is a 30-second delay before anything even comes out of the wand. You are effectively paying $3.00 for only a minute and a half of actual water. It’s a total rip-off and a has-been dump. There are much safer and better-run car washes in Abbotsford that won't compromise your safety or steal your time."

The area was really poorly maintained — there was garbage all over the place, and I even saw needles and drug-related litter on the ground. It made the whole place feel unsafe and unclean. I hope management takes this seriously and cleans up the property, because right now it’s definitely not somewhere I’d want to go back to. I’d suggest being SUPER mindful as to where you walk/step.

This car wash is really a rip off to use! It costs $3 to start and then $2 each minute thereafter!! If you try to use all 9 steps suggested and available it will cost you minimum $50 to do! And, as if that isn't horrific enough, the brush tool for Triple Foam Wash didn't work at all so we had to move the car to next booth midwash! Then in that stall, the Triple Wax tool also didn't work properly!! See photo of which tools. Rip off and I don't recommend the place!

“Spot free rinse” is clearly just unfiltered tap water, as it leaves spots everywhere. Mentioned this to an employee, he said that’s normal. For $1 per minute of washing, I’d expect filtered water for a “spot free rinse”
