I had a very disappointing experience. I paid for an automatic car wash but the machine got stuck and didn’t work at all. I pressed the help button several times but no one responded. In the end, I had to leave without getting my car washed or any assistance. There should be better maintenance and customer support, especially when payment is already taken.

I had a really bad experience at Washworld Car Wash. All the bays were open and working, but the pricing setup is extremely misleading. The minimum wash is supposed to be $3, but the coin changer only dispenses $2 instead of $1. Because of that, it’s impossible to pay the $3 minimum. You’re forced to insert $4 just to start the wash. That already feels absurd for a “minimum” payment, and technically you’re being overcharged from the start. This setup feels intentional and honestly comes across as a scam. People who are just trying to pay a small, budgeted amount to keep their car clean end up paying more than advertised. Multiply that by how many customers use this place, and it’s easy to see how much extra money they’re pulling in. I felt ripped off, and I don’t trust this business at all. Do not fall for this — go somewhere else. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I visited your location recently to wash my car and parked in a spot where I felt safe and that wouldn’t cause any inconvenience to others. I was aware that it might not have been the ideal place to park. However, a middle-aged staff member approached me and spoke very rudely, saying, “Don’t park here.” I immediately acknowledged his comment and moved my car. While I understand the need for rules, the way he spoke and his tone was unnecessary and gave a negative impression about customer care. I believe your management values your customers, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so that such interactions can be handled more politely in the future.

Trying to pay was a nightmare, the machine kept spitting out my bills. Paid for the most expensive wash and it left my vehicle more dirty than when I entered. Absolutely livid. Then I went to the handwash bays to try a remove some of the filth their wash left on my vehicle and for the fist half of the time I paid for no soap would come out of the nozzle, only water, I paid for the soap function. And to top it off their brushed left scratches all over my vehicle. Was here in the evening so there was no attendant and no way to ask for a rewash or refund. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY.

Paid for best wash and was left with this filth on my truck. I used the brush they provided for the tires but there still bad. Tons of white spots on the hood, possibly the soap residue. Very little soap or prewash was applied as compared to other car washes I've been to. Definitely NOT worth the amount I was charged. Save your money and wash at home, that's what I will have to do now. And being disabled makes that tough, that's why I chose a car wash in the first place. If I could leave less than a one star I would
