I go to Physio to see Haylie and she is amazing, though I think I spend more time talking to the lovely lady, Trudy, who works at the front desk. A receptionist is much more than someone who works behind a desk and answers the phone. She's the one who welcomes you in, builds a relationship with, and decides what the atmosphere will be for the day. So Haylie, although I enjoy coming in and seeing you for the half hour, Trudy is the reason I come in early. Look forward to my next visit. :)

Haylie was absolutely wonderful! She was so good with our five year old: he really enjoyed his appointment and keeps asking when he can go back to see her. Her knowledge was exactly what we needed to help with his bathroom issues and I'm so glad we saw her. 110% recommend!
