Not recommending this place. The eyebrow service was extremely rough and painful, and it felt intentional while trying to push lasering as a “less painful” option. This was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional. The staff also shared unnecessary personal career details during the service. Be cautious with their membership offers — they felt misleading.

I got a blowout with soft waves. The stylist didn't start with a blow-dry, despite my asking her. Even she didn't touch a brush or anti-fizz! She only used a curling iron, which was totally unprofessional. The result was messy waves with many fizzy hairs. The tops were sticking to my head. It wasn't worth $ 75 plus tax at all. Specifically, when the next-door salon offers the same service for $60 (WannaDo didn't match the price). Despite it being only 100 meters from my home, I never return to this place.

Worse experience, I booked appointment for hair colour and hina design she made me waited for 40mins although I have booked appointment. Than I canceled my one of service and told her to provide only hina design on my hand . She charged me 50$$ for only front side design. I told her that I want same color for my both hand which is normal but my both hands color is too different because she used different material for both hands … now I have function upcoming and my hands are looking too bad. I will never go there back for any service and also be aware guys they are saying lie to clients.

My mom got her eyebrows done here. They cut her eyebrows fully and blamed it on her by saying her skin is too sensitive. She went back the next time to get her eyebrows waxed and they burnt her eyebrows fully. Just saw the response this place posted. Wanted to come back on here and say they called me 20 mins after i posted my review asking me to take it down. Said they apologized and again started to blame my mom and her skin. If you thought waxing was an issue why didnt you say so then before providing service. Your salon told her to get it waxed. Its despicable that you treat long term customers and their reviews this way! These people have terrible customer service and have the audacity to respond so terribly to honest reviews. Ill be posting the pics of my moms burnt eyebrows taken in the salon shortly. Also, the “apology” which i can clearly see below with their response was a fake apology and they were supposed to refund the money for the membership that my mom paid for just yesterday said they'd etransfer. No refund yet! Such a terrible place and we’d be going here a while so to treat someone who has been a loyal customer in this way should tell you this isn’t the place where you should be spending your money! Please send me my refund!!! I will also be writing to BBB as i have our conversation documented.

While I have no problem with personal interaction in the studio (the manager was fine and quite attentive), I completely disappointed with the quality of manicure and pedicure. Not only the shape of the nails was not equal, but the edges of nails were uneven. I could do better myself. Anyways, the real reason to do my nails in the bar was need in gel polishing. And... I wish I hadn't had it. The the surface of the polish is not even, you cannot notice it under bright studio light, but you see it under the regular daylight! Besides, the layers aren't one on another fully covering each other. In the end of the procedure, the polish was not dry, and the tech started rubbing it, trying to hide her mistakes. I left, after paying 105CA, with a feeling I would never come again. The owner as I saw mentions that, from the words of the personnel, a customer went happy, but come on, who wants to argue amid the public place. This is how such places survive. UPDATE: Dear Owner, thanks for replying on my review. However, I should say I was OK with the payment: I had been informed about the cost two days before my appointment, believe me I had enough time to consider if that is fine with me. Moreover, I said no word about payment and was polite and friendly from the beginning to the end. The only thing I asked about was for how many days the polishing is guaranteed because the quality was a concern. So, please, do not get your reply so cheap by making up the payment issue. Thanks. The other thing is that I don't hear a simple admit on poor quality of the work done (photo attached, made the same day). Again, how what is made can be a high quality? Anyways, I left this comment not for you, our deal is done, it's for other people who might found the place on Google Maps. So, feel free to ignore it further.
