I love my experience with Julia at Wai-Spa. Not only the products and machine, but also the massage skills Julia has. From my physical look, I look more beautiful. Most importantly, I mentally feel more rejuvenated. I will come back to see Julia more often! Thanks for the service!

I had a facial with Yujin and it was amazing! She’s very thorough and explains things as she does them. I felt so good and fresh when I left. The place is beautiful and everyone is so sweet. Highly recommend! 🥰

My mom had a wonderful experience. She said it was the best facial she has ever had, thanks to Julia. She is definitely coming back. The owner is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels cared for. The atmosphere was relaxing, and my mom left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. We would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience.

This spa is an absolute gem, I am so glad I found it! The facial with Julia was the best I’ve ever had. It was focused on massage, which I found so calming and soothing on my jaw muscles after a stressful week. The environment was clean, atmosphere comforting, and products used were gentle on my skin. I will be back.

Today felt like a little piece of heaven tucked into 90 minutes 🤍✨ I went for a VIP facial and I still can’t explain how calming, soothing, and nurturing the whole experience was. Even though I reached 5 minutes late because of traffic, she didn’t rush a single thing… instead, she gave me 10 extra minutes and treated me with so much care. It honestly meant a lot. From the moment I closed my eyes, everything felt different… The warm steam, the soft music, the gentle touch on my skin — it all felt like someone pressing the reset button on my whole energy. My mind slowed down, my breath softened, and all the stress I was carrying just melted away. I left feeling lighter, glowing, and deeply relaxed… It reminded me how important it is to pause, to breathe, to take care of myself.
