Had a really good experience using W Motors for my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle. I would highly recommend them to any other Volkswagen owners. The professionalism, really competitive prices, and the speedy service is what makes it a 5 out of 5 for me.

W Motors was a complete disappointment! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. It was a total waste of time and money, and their treatment of customers is unacceptable. Reply: It’s NOT uncommon for auto shop businesses to respond to negative reviews by questioning who the customer is or what vehicle they drove. That kind of deflection doesn’t solve anything, but it just shifts focus away from what really matters: how people are treated. I was treated with disrespect, and that’s the experience I chose to share. I hope the next customer is treated better. Own the feedback and use it to improve, instead of covering up your unprofessionalism. Reply 2: The problem with W Motors is Yogi. The way he treats customers and even his own staff is disgraceful. The reply to this review proves it, condescending, defensive, and full of excuses. It shows exactly what people can expect: no care, no accountability. A business survives because of its customers. Learn how to deal with people or take lessons in basic courtesy. The only reason W Motors has “long term customers” is because of the one or two mechanics and the gentleman who recently retired from managing the desk. They show respect and keep the shop’s reputation alive while Yogi takes the credit. Yes, I spent thousands of dollars at this shop, which I now regret. It is not worth my time to go back and forth any longer.

Had a great experience bringing my car into the shop today. Investigated my intermittent issue and although the root cause was not identified, my coolant was complimentarily topped up and told to come back if the issue was still present. Will definitely come back whenever I need work done on my Volkswagen.

W Motors is excellent! They replaced the flex pipe on my 2011 Smart Car. I find it difficult to find a shop to work on my car, but they didn’t complain at all, and took me as a client without any hesitation. They were so courteous, professional, pleasant, timely, and they made sure to return my car fully cleaned inside and out without me even asking! They gave me a great price, and their work was thorough and effective. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be a return customer.

I’ve been taking my 1985 westfalia here for a couple years now for little odds and sod’s but this week these guys really came through! I had to get a tow after some issues with a cranked gas tank and some other issues that were pretty serious. They walked me through all possible scenarios and did an amazing job getting Tinkerbelle back up and running with time to spare for our camping trip ! I was treated with utmost respect by everyone in the shop and recommend this shop highly! Thx for getting me back on the road ! Ps.I hear they like blue cheese ;)
