Booked 5 days in advance for Valentine’s Day for two pedicures (1 shellac, 1 regular). Shellac pedicure got started on time, the other one we waited for 20 minutes. The person that came 20 minutes late rushed through the regular pedicure and both pedicures were finished at the exact same time. The pedicure that started late lasted 20 minutes. NOT worth the money and not worth booking ahead if someone is going to sit half the time and get a half effort pedicure. Better off going elsewhere where you can feel relaxed and not rushed!

Service was amazing and my nails turned out great. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. This was my first time getting my nails done in over two years since having my daughter and it was such a relaxing experience. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to anyone looking for a new nail tech!

I had my nails done at this spa I was pleasantly surprised at how much care Kimberly took with my nails she was kind and gentle. The owners were kind and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to get my nails done for my engagement photos. I have never had my nails done prior to this so I had a lot of anxiety leading up to it. The staff at VN Organic Spa & Nails in West Kelowna couldn’t have been more kind. They reassured me that my nails would be perfect for my photos…and they turned out better than perfect! I was so pleased with the results. I can’t remember who did my engagement nails but Tracy did the orange set and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! If you deal with social anxiety and new surroundings/experiences overwhelm you, this is your place to go. The attention to detail and kindness towards clients goes a long way. Thank you!!
