Such a wonderful, welcoming and happy group of people that work in this office - from the receptionists to the ortho assistant to the orthodontist and everyone we passed by in the hallway. These ladies were amazing with my kid - they explained the procedures needed simply to both me and my son. They even provided pictures for us to take home for an better understanding! It was a lovely, very comfortable and delightful visit!

They were the only orthodontist in the city willing to provide a FREE Invisalign estimate. They were prompt in getting me booked in and great for sending reminders in advance. The actual appointment itself was fantastic as well. They were very thorough, friendly, and explained everything to me in a way I understood. They provided a reasonable estimate (good for a whole year), as well as a possible payment plan, and sent me home with all of my photos and info. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Vivid. The staff is amazing and so patient and kind. They accommodate us extremely well. When something needs to be fixed they get us in right away. Cannot say enough good things about my kids getting their braces through these guys. There wonderful!!!
