This was my second visit to Vivid both visits were with two different stylists and both were great. I had the pleasure of having Kate as my stylist this time. She did a wonderful job. I asked to maintain my hair length but refresh the overall look, and she completely understood what I wanted. The results are amazing. My experience from start to finish was great — Kate was friendly, attentive, and professional. I’m really happy with my haircut and will definitely be returning.

I've been coming to the salon for years for my short,curly hair and I can't recommend them enough. Whether it's the cut or the colour, I always leave feeling fresh and pampered. One thing I've always appreciated is how meticulous they are- I have never once left with a single colour stain on my hairline or back of my neck. ( I even wear white clothing to my appointments). I absolutely love Vivid Hair Boutique! I’ve been coming here for years and have always been extremely happy. Last visit I tried a stylist named Christine E. and love the results - I have naturally dark brown warm toned hair with 4.5 months of regrowth (I always go cool toned blonde) and she had such a great level of attention to detail with my foils - I really appreciated that she took her time to make sure it would be perfect and she got the colour exactly how I wanted it which is hard to do with my stubborn hair. I’ll definitely be going back to her again and recommend others try her out!

I always have an amazing experience at Vivid Hair Boutique. The owner, Teriva, consistently goes above and beyond—her commitment to her clients truly shows in every visit. My most recent haircut was with Kate, and she did a fantastic job. She asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure we were completely aligned on what I wanted, and I really appreciated her attention to detail.
