I have been meaning to write a review about acupuncture with Vanessa. I came in with really bad sciatica pain and within 2 treatments I felt like a new person. She really knows TCM and she is kind and explained everything clearly. I cannot recommend her enough. And to go further, RMT Glen is also amazing and has really helped my back pain. Judith is an incredible counsellor and I’ve been seeing her for over a year. I highly recommend this business.

Masumi is the best RMT’s. She is super attentive and makes one feel super comfortable. I had my first appointment with her in a different clinic and I followed her all the way to Port Moody just because she is the best. Thank you so much, Masumi.

I had acupuncture and the seaweed facial with Alyx, and the whole experience was beyond my expectations. The products felt incredible on my skin, and you can genuinely feel the care and intention she brings to her work. I left feeling calm, cared for, and glowing. I’ll definitely be booking with her again, highly recommend!

I had an amazing facial with Jada at Vita Vitalis recently and just had to write about this gem of a place! Jada was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. My facial was heavenly. I felt refreshed and super relaxed. The ambiance at the spa is soft, modern and tranquil, which is surprising given it's in an office complex. I think they did a great job of creating a spa vibe. I will definitely come back here again to see Jada!

I had a wonderful experience today! The massage was excellent — very professional and relaxing. The environment was calm and peaceful, with nice music and a pleasant atmosphere. I truly appreciated Glenn - the therapist’s kindness and attention to detail. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great massage experience!
