We needed a full furnace and AC system replaced; with the old, neglected units reaching end of life. Vision had a great process of inspection, quoting, and final fitting operations. Communication was stellar throughout and the interactions were always very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Jeff conducted the initial inspection, to which I thank for educating me on a lot of unknowns. Jamie And Doug were excellent in the whole replacement and fitting exchange of the systems. Getting the old furnace unit out, with the new one in on the same day to ensure we stayed heated through the night as a top priority. They were open to my questions and eagerness to learn, and were overall very professional and friendly. Through and through a supreme service that I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Oakley did a beautiful job of the install of a new navien water heater and a new water softener. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of the installation and his explanation of how every thing works on this equipment. We also liked his professional manner. He also did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installs were done. To sum up we're very pleased and would not hesitate to have him do more work for us should the need ever arise. New to the Okanagan and in need of a new furnace and air conditioner before the summer heat hits. Thanks to Dave for an fair and reasonable quote, we chose Vision. Oakley, Jamie, and Doug were prompt, friendy and knowledgeable. Did great job. Jeff completed the inspection and answered all of our questions with expertise. Great team! We highly recommend.

Vision Plumbing should be congratulated on retaining such an excellent employee like Oakley. He was very professional, extremely personable, and timely with his repair work performed on our free standing bathtub faucet assembly. He disassembled the existing unit to see if it could be repaired, which it could not because of its twisted lines, then reinstalled a new unit immediately. This work was all performed on the same day that I called Vision! I had never used Vision before, and this was the first time I met Oakley. Our condo manager recommended Vision to me, and I am thrilled that he did. Thanks Vision Plumbing...and THANKS Oakley! I need to add that Michelle in the office was first class too for organizing it all for me!

We chose Vision Plumbing to replace our old "Through-the-Wall" noisy AC unit with a new Hisense 1-ton Mini-Split AC Heat Pump. Vision Plumbing has done several of these conversion in our Brandt's Crossing Strata. Visons heads up the whole project, contracting out the removal of the old Though-the-Wall unit, closing the big hole in the wall, finishing and painting the interior wall, and finishing, stuccoing and painting the exterior wall. The finish of the wall prep work was excellent with exact paint matching. Then Visions arranged a day for the Hisense equipment install and contracted an electrician to upgrade the old AC 110 circuit to the required 220 circuit. The Visions team of Jamie and Doug did a super job of installing both the inside Hisense heating/cooling unit and the outside Hisense condenser / fan unit. Jamie and Doug were super organized and laid out floor protectors before any work was done. The finished project looks perfect with all cables and conduits neatly secured and totally plumb.
