This salon is NOT CLEAN and I would not recommend. They do not clean, sanitize or disinfect tools between clients - dremmel bits, nail files and cuticle cutters. They reuse them all. She even CUT ME with the file and cuticle cutters and she is going to USE THEM ON THE NEXT CLIENT. That is a major concern for BACTERIA and DISEASE spreading. She DID NOT CURE THE NAILS PROPERLY. She would only do 30 seconds at a time. She flooded the cuticle on most nails which you can kind of see in the picture. The thickness is uneven. Thin on one side of the nails, thick on the other side. There was dust in the nail polish and she didn't even try to remove it. The price was also very high. I paid $72 for a biogel refill. That's what I would expect for a full new set, or long nail price. I have no idea how they won Best Salon.. ever. This is the worst salon I've ever been to, and I will not be returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and very professional team. The quality of work was outstanding, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly know what they’re doing. Special thanks to Eva, who did an amazing job — very skilled and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great nail salon. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been a loyal client for over a year, and this salon truly deserves five stars. I see that all technicians are skilled, gentle, and listen to my request. They told me that if I want to get design, I should add it on my nails service to ensure staff have enough time to get it done. My nails always turn out flawlessly and last a long time. The entire team is friendly and the salon is clean and comfortable. I always leave happy!

Got my first pedicure with Ivy! Im very ticklish but she made sure to accommodate if I was ever uncomfortable. I got compliments on them already!! Simple pedicure but makes you look very put together. I recommend her if you are looking for a nail salon in Burnaby! Update: I came back and got my nails done by Ivy again :) I went for ethereal. She nailed it! Very easy to book as well

I’m not one to leave a bad review. This is my first actually but I am just so disappointed of how my manicure came out. I had a pedicure and manicure at the same time. I got shellac nail polish with French tips for my hands. The French tips came out uneven on some nails and some even have bubbles in them. I had shellac nail polish on my skin and some under my nails that I had to clean myself. I was gonna let all that go but now the shellac is already chipping. It’s only been 6 days. I have never had that experience before that it would chip this early. The one who did my pedicure did a much better job and cleaned my nails so much better. I will never go back again.
