Dr. Justin Abbott and the team at Care Dental are absolutely amazing. The office is always spotless, modern, and very welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. My appointments are always on time, which I really appreciate, and everything runs smoothly. Dr. Abbott takes the time to explain things clearly and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I highly recommend Care Dental to anyone looking for a clean, efficient, and professional dental office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

At the start I thought it was a great dental office. They were able to let me know issues other dentists have missed and avoided. With this being said I needed emergency work done which I couldn’t afford. I was thankful that they have a loan program but wasn’t explained that the first whole year of paying it off doesn’t even affect the overall price instead it works on the interest for a full year. As time went on I had noticed how disorganized care dental staff is. There are way to many cooks in the kitchen behind those desks causing information to not be passed on properly, they don’t check their texts or emails on time which could take days, weeks or no answer at all which forces you to call and deal with who knows on the other end; but that’s if you get through. You need patience for that call as you will automatically be put on hold even if they aren’t busy, they are distracted doing something else and away from their call desk. I also had one appointment with them where i was told over text it would be free, when I got there and got it done I was told it was $50, I did not have the money so I said I guess I’ll pay in a few days. I had noticed they took it out of my account on their own terms even though it was stated as free, thankfully I had text proof for that. They ended up refunding my amount, marking me as I couldn’t wait to pay anymore due to this apparently being my second strike (yes I did pay prior it just took a couple sends to them which they knew). Not only that with going into a brand new dentist they have actully had experience with my care dental dentist and had to fix a BUNCH of his work due to edges being left behind, beauty work being done improperly and over filing between teeth he worked on. They also have to fully replace a filling because he didn’t do it right. Along side that crazy stuff I was told I needed 24k worth of work done and told I could not get implants up top unless I wanted a sinus lift first, then go on with the implants. To find out it can be done at the same time, both sides do not need to be lifted and another implant I was told I would need 2 back to back as it would shift without a friend behind it. The next dentist told me they can’t do that due to a top tooth shifting down after a long time and I can only have 1 in that spot and it won’t affect anything negatively. Care dental was actually suggesting a lot of beautifying work over making sure I just have my mouth working properly. They wanted me in braces before implants, caps on around 5 teeth due to all the implants. The assistance people are amazing who work beside the dentists however. They are calm, safe, kind, funny. They are the best part of the office honestly. In the end I wouldn’t really suggest going here due to so much chaos and unnecessary dental suggestions. Please look around, ask questions even if you get a no “they won’t do that anywhere else” … they do. Dental offices like to state others don’t do something so they can keep you or get you as a client. If you NEED to go here because you somehow do not have any other choices I suggest staying away from Dr.Justin. He will state he’s saving you money (he’s not it’s literally just what the work costs), he boasts about his work to his clients and assistance stating it looks so good and he’s so proud. When in the end for everything he did I had to go back multiple times for either filing to make my teeth fit back a with my bite or just fixing the edges every single time he did work. (And now another dentist is literally fixing only his work anf nothing from previous dentists)

I went there recently to check up on my wisdom teeth! And it was such an amazing experience, most dentist offices usually make me feel anxious, but this one was the opposite, I felt welcomed. The staff was extremely friendly, and were able to communicate everything well! The process with insurance was easy and not complicated. I'll definitely be coming back for my next check up!

Care dental has seen me twice now for emergency situations and I really value them, I've never enjoyed a dental experience before but this team really makes it the best it can be. The entire team is extremely kind and thoughtful. They always have availability for emergencies and genuinely care to help. In my last situation I was in a lot of pain and they were willing to see me the same day within an hour of me calling, and they were welcoming, friendly and accommodating to my 4 children (all 5 and under) that I had to bring in with me. When my youngest started to fuss, one of the assistants played with him until I was finished. It was such a great experience and I would highly recommend this dental team.

Very helpful and kind staff, accommodating of my disabilities. I was never kept waiting for any length of time which was wonderful. Dr Scott and Ashley communicated very well during my procedures which helped me to relax. I really appreciate that they handle the various coverage and billing so efficiently. Happy to have found my new dental office!
