I had my first experience with Dr Carly Brown fixing a broken on-lay. She was a great listener, and used my name frequently during the procedure ensuring I continued to be ok throughout. Both Dr Brown and and her assistant Cassy were really great today during my crown placement! Again making sure my tooth was still feeling ok and that I had answers to all of my questions before proceeding. They were both extremely informative, knowledgeable & caring and had me in and out in no time with a perfectly fit new crown! I would highly recommend them both!

This dental office is the absolute BEST anywhere!!!!!! I chipped the back on my front tooth Tuesday evening and after I called in the office had me come in on Wednesday afternoon. Dr. Otto and Lorie had a quick peek at my tooth and the repair was done immediately. I have been seeing both Lorie and Dr. Otto for 20 plus years now and he is the most kind, personable, caring and professional Dentist I have ever had. He takes the time to get to know his patients and is shows through his easy going demeanour. Always joyful and with a smile. Thank you Dr. Otto and Lorie for the exceptional care you continue to provide for Kerri and I.

Went for my cleaning appointment with hygienist Kelly who was very thorough and helpful with my sensitive teeth issues. Much appreciated would definitely recommend!

Got my wisdom teeth out at this office and they were incredible! I wasn’t put under but had no pain at all. The doctors are respectful, Kind and reassuring. definitely recommend this place!

I had a chipped tooth, and was able to make the appointment to have it repaired on the same day. The reception and dental assistant, Melanie, were both very kind and I can attest that I received exceptional service from Dr. Gibb Fitzner. I found the fees and pricing for the appointment to be reasonable and all inclusive, particularly considering the emergency's timeframe. More importantly, it looks aesthetically excellent, and will have no complaints for as long as it holds. Thank you to the entire team!
