Again my experience was superior in every way. This is a wonderful spa. Owned and operated by women. The salon has a lovely atmosphere. Nai is a superb nail technician and artist. She is also very smart and friendly. My go-to salon and technician. That said, everyone is excellent there.

Lavender and Ruby are the best nail Artists in victoria. Hands down. Show them a Pinterest photo and they’ll make it even better! It’s fun to get to be creative with them too! Bring in an Pinterest idea and turn it into your own! 12/10 recommend!!

This was my second time going to Victoria nail and spa and I have nothing but good things to say. I started getting gel overlay to thicken my nails and help with my picking habit. I kept my first set for 1 month as I was travelling and had no chips or cracks. I recently went back for a fill and to have my nails shortened for work. Lavender did a wonderful job with the nails and a hot stone massage. Highly recommend!

Hands down the BEST nail salon in all of Victoria. I’ve been coming here for about a year and have never once been disappointed. The whole staff is welcoming, accommodating and kind. Kate is exceptionally talented, she can do basically any design you like. And to top it off you get the most amazing hot stone massage after your manicure. Just perfection❤️❤️

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time is different. From the very beginning, the nail trim was so rough that my hands hurt. While using the nail drill, I bled six times. Every time I tensed from the pain, instead of apologizing, the technician just kept telling me to relax. I showed a photo of the exact design I wanted and asked if it was possible. I even asked what product would work best, but the technician only told me to pick a color. I chose the closest shade I could. As soon as the application started, I noticed the glitter was far too strong. I asked if this product could really achieve the design I wanted, and was told it would look different after the second coat. But even after the second coat, nothing changed. I pointed out again that it looked nothing like the photo (which I had kept on my phone, propped up so she could see it the whole time), but the technician just said, “You chose it.” That made no sense. I asked multiple times if it matched the photo, and the technician had said yes. Why was I being blamed? I was the one sitting there bleeding, with the wrong design on my nails, yet somehow I was made to feel like the difficult customer. Eventually, another technician came over, found the right product, and restarted the nails so they would at least resemble the design I wanted. But while redoing the work, she sighed heavily as if I was being unreasonable. This was frustrating because I had asked several times from the beginning if the product was right. In the end, the nails turned out somewhat close to what I asked for, but the experience was absolutely terrible. My fingers bled six times, the drill was used so harshly it hit my skin repeatedly, and instead of the usual pen-shaped bit for cuticles, they used a cylinder-shaped drill that was extremely painful. I paid $188 including tip for this service. I received the pedicure and nail extensions from different technicians. I still left a tip for the pedicure technician since it wouldn’t have been fair to her—but honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. Honestly, the final result doesn’t erase the fact that this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
