These guys helped us in a time of need! Went out of their way to insure the flooding has completely stopped in our basement, before they were onto their next job. Much appreciated!! And a special thanks to Matt, who was already working at a neighbors house, came over as soon he was able. And stopped the water from coming in!!!

Just heard from my close family friend have got so much problems with Victoria Drains. If you give service for 2 hours then you cant charge 2.5 hours of service. Thats not legit. Why you dont send report after service?

I recently hired Victoria Drain to clean a drain in my house because they seemed highly rated locally and I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the invoice they created was incorrect leading to confusion and frustration. When I tried to discuss this, Dave was extremely rude and unprofessional, which I found completely unacceptable as a customer. Despite follow-up calls, I received no refund for the issues, and to this day, I’m still waiting for the report they promised me after the service. Based on my experience i cannot recommend Victoria Drain and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Orin and Jake and Kevin re-lined the main outflow from our 1940s house: they were done the main job by mid-afternoon yesterday and did a speedy finish-up this morning, after the new material cured overnight. The work was completed faster than originally promised, with zero mess left at the work site. It had taken me 6 months to manage to book the job; they were done in about 24 hours start to finish! This was after a visit in May, where Victoria Drain identified a *separate* problem with my home's connection to the city system, and even used their camera to help the city crew locate the blockage. All credit due to the great workers at this company: thank you several times over!
