We've used Via Plumbing twice now, once replacing our hot water tank and more recently with a leaking toilet, and we've been very happy with their service. They are very quick at getting back to you, arriving either that same day or early the next morning. Great communication explaining the problem, quick at getting the job done, and very courteous. Would highly recommend!

An amazing experience throughout the entire process with VIA Plumbing! Fully transparent, clear, quick, and patient communication explaining the entire process and limitations of the various things we had to do. We felt fully confident with all the given explanations and options. Work was done on time, surprisingly quiet, while remaining courteous and explaining to us what needed to be done. Everything was done before we knew it! Highly recommended and we are now permanent VIA Plumbing customers! We will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing their service! Easy 5 stars!!!!!

VIA Plumbing was a pleasure to have doing our electric hot water tank replacement. One day, we wanted to upgrade our 39 gal 10 year old hot water tank to the new generation RINNAI tankless water heater. VIA team Gerald and Steven performed the job very smoothly and was easy to communicate with while completing the replacement all in 1 business day. The office team was also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We received a very detailed quotation upon getting the diagnosis of our problem with the tank. And the communication between us throughout the process was very transparent. I will come back to select them next time if I ever have a plumbing or heating problem at my house.

Via Plumbing has been my go-to for all the plumbing and heating needs of the property I manage for many years now. The team is quick to respond, provide quotes and possible solutions to any plumbing problems/emergencies. Most importantly, the service is always scheduled very promptly either its same-day for emergencies or 1-2 days for regular plumbing needs. Communication is great and efficient and the technicians always show up prompt and professional. highly recommend.
