Initially we had them come out for a small leak under the kitchen sink. They were so prompt and professional we had them come back 2 weeks later and replace all our poly-b and install a new water tank. The thing that really stood out to me was when they were working in our washroom it was noticed our toilet handle was off square. (Something I had tried to fix myself without success but never bothered mentioning to the plumbers.) Upon completing the work, they said “We fixed your toilet lever as well. Just couldn’t leave it like that.” That is what made me want to write this review. The fact these folks “give a damn”. Nicely done VI Plumbing.

Based on a very positive referral from a former neighbor, my husband and I phoned VI Plumbing Ltd. After explaining our plumbing requirements Dec 30,2025, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an appointment the following morning. Anthony arrived at the pre-arranged time 9:00 am (right on time). He completed the plumbing services efficiently and completely to our satisfaction. He explained fully the installed fixtures and their features. Outstanding in every way! Shawn and Anthony replaced my poly B water lines and did a couple of small plumbing jobs. They did meticulous work, were great company, and left everything clean and tidy. Anthony provided me with photos of the work done in my crawl space. This is the second time I've used them and likely won't be the last. I highly recommend VI Plumbing!
