Excellent Team and treated my dog Bobby with care. We got him neutered and this was his first vet experience, they were quick and very friendly with any questions we had. Bobby was calm and not uncomfortable at all. Will be back in the future!

OUTSTANDING.. I’ll start with that!!! I bought an exceptional puppy from dr. Brigliano that’s how we me. My stunning cavalier King Charles family came from a loving .. caring .. knowledgeable to the point of any concerns I had were taken seriously and with love and compassion and the best care possible.. my little guy had to be bottle fed in the beginning and is strong and a true specimen of the breed..brought up with so much love from Marco and his beautiful family.. From there I have brought my female cavaliers into VET DIRECt. For shots health and care for my breeding females . All staff .. and RENEE and DR. BRIGLIANO Have Been there for me with. Love and care to all my Questions concerns care .. with knowledge as a breeder I have been blown away with every time I go in.. they have taught me so much with patience.. knowledge and skills in layman’s terms.. As I need everything explained simply.. they were detailed.. patient.. and repetitive with kindness as it takes me a minute to let it sink in for me lol.. Renee gave me her number to be there for anything offered her services to drive to me in Calgary and actually be there for the births and was there 100 percent on my last birth…..!!! uNBELIEVABLE.... with direct contact when needed to Dr. Marco.. Dr Marco’s concern was unlimited .. making sure I checked in they pregnancy gestation telling me if baby’s weren’t born on certain day .. they could do immediate c section on that day.. as I said before OUTSTANDING!!! They knew how many baby’s could tell exacly when baby’s would be born..gave me vitamins for when my girls were I. Labour. Thru their labour and after.. vitamins to keep strength up for mammas.. DR.MARCO even gave me his special recipe Marco MEAT-A-BALLS LOL..for my girl for her to eat to keep her full of nutrients. I call them family.. THANK YOU ALL SOOO MUCH ..love you all..

I am so glad I found Vet Direct. I took my bearded dragon in to see Dr. Troy as we have seen him in the past. He is great and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you're looking for a vet that treats exotic animals.

Vet DIrect is amazing, from the mobile service to the office service and all of the staff and Doctors. The compassion, caring of animals to the tolerance of a crazy pet lady and her husband they always give 100 Percent. Its not often you find a service that is there to ensure you have a excellent experience, our dog recently passed and they were beyond professional as we were very upset ,they made the experience a beautiful one allowing our tears, without judgement. Treating our dog who has seizures with compassion and true caring. always looking for ways to make the experience a little less stressful. Understanding our grief when we lost a new family member to a sudden rare condition. All have become part of our family because they truly care. Thank you everyone at Vet Direct for making our family part of your family we truly appreciate the care all of you share towards your clients.

We cannot thank Vet Direct, Dr. Troy, Dr. Steiger, Bryan & Alysssa enough for the compassionate care they provided to our cat Stella leading up to and during her final moments. Having them come to our home allowed her to pass peacefully in a familiar, loving environment surrounded by family. The team was gentle, patient, and incredibly understanding, guiding us with kindness and sensitivity every step of the way. Their professionalism and empathy made an incredibly difficult time a little more bearable.We are so grateful for the comfort and dignity they gave to Stella and to us!
