Radha is excellent. I have been to a few different physiotherapists before, and had very little if any results. It really goes to show that not all physio is the same. Radha is welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive, and incredibly talented. She has substantially improved the concerns I came to her with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that anyone go see her. Joanne and Jannat at the front desk are super helpful, and very lovely to deal with.

I have seen other physio therapists before but honestly Radha has been life changing. I feel really prepared to continue my health journey, and I'm really grateful for all of her help. Great physiotherapy (pelvic, neck, injured/torn muscles). Therapists take time with you (no just putting you on a machine and leaving unless you agree at the end of a good sesssion). Front desk is great at handling tough insurance situations. I have been to other places for the same issues and Vertex has been the only one good enough to keep my business, especially with chronic pain and complex issues.

My experience receiving physiotherapy from Dawn Payne has been really positive. I feel better after just a few sessions and look forward to consistent improvement under her care. Dawn comes highly recommended by another provider and also a personal friend. Joanne the admin at the clinic is responsive, professional and really likable. I have already referred a friend to the clinic.
