Title: Unacceptable Experience - Avoid This Barber! Rating: 1/5 stars I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this barbershop. I walked in expecting a simple haircut, but what I got was an unpleasant encounter that left me questioning the shop's hygiene standards. While the barber was cutting my hair, I politely asked if he could ensure his equipment was cleaned and sanitized. To my surprise, he became aggressive and defensive. Instead of reassuring me about his hygiene practices, he sarcastically asked if I thought I was "clean" before coming to the shop. I was taken aback by his response. Not only did his reaction make me uncomfortable, but it also raised concerns about the shop's commitment to maintaining proper hygiene standards. As a customer, I believe it's my right to ask about the cleanliness of the equipment, and it's the barber's responsibility to provide a safe and hygienic environment. The barber's aggressive behavior and refusal to address my concerns made the entire experience unpleasant. I left the shop feeling disrespected and worried about the potential health risks. I would strongly advise others to avoid this barbershop until they improve their customer service and hygiene practices. A simple haircut shouldn't come with unnecessary stress and health concerns. Update: If you're considering visiting this shop, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Your health and comfort are worth it.

I went here a few weeks ago and ask if I could get a hair cut I wanted and had a photo on my phone to show him. The hairdresser just nodded and started cutting away. Eventually cut all my hair off short, uneven, and not even close to the style that I wanted. He didn't even put product or hairspray in my hair. Then expected a tip. Won't be coming back here ever! Worst experience.

I took my sons to Versace Barber Shop today, and it was an absolute hit! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They really took their time to make sure my boys got the perfect haircut, and they left feeling like little stars! The attention to detail was impressive, and the barbers clearly know what they’re doing. I highly recommend Versace Barber Shop to anyone looking for a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!!

I’ve been going to Versace Barbershop for quite some time now and my experience everytime I’m in there has been nothing but excellent. Friendly and loving feel from all the staff who work there. My barber Salem never disappoints whether it be a simple clean up or a complete transformation! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a haircut in the Fraser Valley area👍

I always love going for a haircut and beard trim. They are like family at this point. My wife and I have had a few tattoos done there as well and we are both very happy with the work Ellie does.
