Had a most disrespectful, horrible, degrading, uncomfortable experience. Would STRONGLY suggest NOT going here. She was rude, not willing to see the clients opinion and made me feel horrible about myself.

Took my motocross jacket in for dry cleaning. Did a fantastic job for 38 bucks. Friendly faces, with kind gestures.

I took 3 down jackets in for dry cleaning ,2 which had been worn by my husband while gardening etc. They were quite dirty. I wasn't optomistic that they would be able to clean these items completely, but they came out beautifully.. the gorgeous blue colour of one of them looked like new! I was thrilled. They have always been prompt and courteous here. My favourite Vernon Dry Cleaners. And there's easy parking at the rear too.

I brought a quilted bed cover in that had been badly stained on both sides from a yellow leather work glove. It was returned like new. The service was great and the price was very friendly. Plus it never hurts to support a local downtown business.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here, and they were fast and affordable! My husband went to another cleaner in Vernon and his suit cost over $70 to get done, and it would only be $22 with Vernon Downtown Cleaners! Note to self---never go anywhere else ever again!! For fast, friendly service I would highly recommend Vernon Downtown Cleaners. The women are so kind!! They even took the time for my very chatty 2 year old. My dress came out beautifully, I am extremely impressed. I will bringing my wedding dress back and my husbands suit to get cleaned here after our wedding reception. Thank you Avy, Angela and Evelyn!!!!
