Superb experience with Dr. Hoffard and hygienist Sam!! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and at ease. Dr. Hoffard is incredibly thorough, calm, and explains everything in a way that makes sense (and doesn’t feel rushed). Sam was equally amazing - gentle, attentive, and somehow made a dental cleaning feel… relaxing? The entire visit felt professional yet personal, which is rare. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients, not just their teeth. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had - highly recommend!

Monday morning I tried pretty well every dentist in Chilliwack and Abbotsford, the only call back was Clayborn dental, within 10 minutes i might add. Was 10am and she asked if i could be there by 10.45, so i headed out. When i got there they didn't seem slow, lots of ppl waiting. They were very friendly and empathetic. No beating around the bush. I knew i needed an extraction so they got to work on me by 11am, after exrays and consult. Dr Goel Asim, i found to have a very good bedside manner. And his assistant stayed with me and was very kind as well. I couldn't say enough for the front reception as well. Very friendly and accommodating which is very important when a person is in pain. I hadn't eaten or slept for 3 days, my guts were in knots. No other dental clinics really cared about all that i suppose. I'm giving them 10 Stars, and I will definitely be back.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very friendly staff. Dentists are really nice. Always checking to make sure you're ok and comfortable during the visit. In the past I would have given it 3 stars because of how confused the front staff was handling extended benefits, but they have it down to an art now....so 5 stars for sure! 👍

Excellent dental group. I've been going to the same dentist for over 40 years when it started with Dr Aldo Venier. A successful family practice that I couldn't be happier with for my dental needs. Both Dr Ryan and Ashley Venier are kind, caring and patient. I've never had a needle hurt and I've always enjoyed how well the staff take care of me and my family. I will always highly recommend them.

I have been a patient with Venier Dental for more than a decade, since when I was a child and they were at the older location. The Venier dentists are so kind, honest and professional. I live out of the lower mainland but I still make an effort to get my cleans here, quality you can count on. Parking lot can be full, but there are Venier reserved spots against the building patients can use.
