Worst nail set I’ve gotten in my life. Took my daughter and myself on a girls date n gave them over 400 for poor service (especially to my 9 year old) and a rushed acrylic set. Will be getting them fixed else where.

I had visited here for a girls day with my family. i had walked in with a clear idea of what i wanted. nude pink nails with a french tip and some flowers. nothing complicated. after i showed the woman my design, she left and came back about ten minutes later and told me i would need to pay over 200$. i was shocked. a simple design i had seen for much cheaper. i told the woman i didn’t want the design anymore because of the ridiculous price, and she just kept pushing and pushing for more designs. i was uncomfortable. i told her i wanted a natural, nude pink, and she put a bright neon pink onto my nails. she was constantly trying to up charge me and i felt like i couldn’t even have a conversation with her, due to lack of communication and constantly trying to up charge me. i would not go back here. service was not good and for the price, not even close to worth it.

Paid $105 for my nails…. Paid $10 per nail to get them fixed…. Which works out to be more money then just taking them all off urself and getting a full new set which makes no sense, manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and argumentative. All my nails r lifting already and it’s only been 2 weeks now, Iv actually had 2 of them come off without even damaging my nails. This is also the second time Iv come in and noticed prices r different on their website so it feels really shady, i think I might call the better business bureau and report them because I feel they r doing shady stuff with the pricing. Do not waste ur money here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon due to poor communication and unclear pricing. While at the mall, my 14-year-old daughter asked to get her nails done. This was already planned as a birthday gift, though we intended to go elsewhere, the draw was the convenience of location plus there was a 50% off sale. Before agreeing, I asked for pricing and was quoted $70 for a basic acrylic set. French tips were an additional $25, so my daughter chose a single-colour acrylic set only. We were also told designs and a “manicure experience” (cuticle trim etc.) would cost extra, both of which we declined. I asked if I could sit with my daughter during the service and was initially told yes. A few minutes later, I was told I couldn’t sit with her, then that I could stand behind her, and shortly after I was asked to leave the area entirely and sit at the front of the salon. I was uncomfortable being asked to leave my minor child but complied. About ten minutes later, I was told the price would now be $85. When I questioned the increase, I was told it was for “design and length.” I clarified that no design was requested, and was then told the charge was for length—something that had never been mentioned. I raised my concerns with the manager, Hung Chau, who stated I had been clearly quoted $75+. I explained multiple times that I had been told $70, including by him. He responded by holding up a pricing sheet and saying, “Why would I tell you a different price than what we have here?”…. I showed him his sheet clearly stated Acrylic Set: $70+. I made it clear that the issue was not the amount, but the lack of transparency and shifting explanations. The discussion started back and forth in the middle of the salon, in front of other guests, until I asked that we move elsewhere as it was making others visibly uncomfortable. The manager repeatedly insisted he had informed me of an additional length charge, which he had not. I eventually asked to stop the conversation and said I would pay it but didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency. Despite this, he continued to re-engage me, and I had to ask multiple times for the conversation to stop. At one point, I even asked another parent waiting for her child to listen because I was so taken aback by the interaction. After he finally walked away, I later witnessed another customer having a similar issue with staff. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and respect for customers. We won’t be back (although they made it clear they don’t care!)

I came in for a Manicure and a pedicure to which I expected a positive experience but it was a lot of upselling and not enough explanation on the pricing. The manicure was ok but could’ve been better. My tech was Cris for the manicure he payed close attention to detail for the most part although could’ve been more friendly. I would give cris a 3.5/5 stars. The pedicure was done by Thao and was super rushed although the result looks good. The stone massage was done roughly to where it was painfully hitting my ankle bones and the wax was boiling hot. The 50% off discount was nice but would not go back once it’s regular price as it’s insane for the services you are getting. I would give Thao a 2/5 stars.
