I was looking for an affordable nail salon near Metrotown and found The Nails on Google and I’m so glad I did! I didn’t even realize when I booked Min, my nail artist, was the owner. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming. Min was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She also offered tea or water to me and my partner while he was waiting, which I really appreciated. She kept checking if I liked the nail shape and made sure everything was clean and perfect. I showed her my inspo colors and she matched them right away. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. The prices are very fair and affordable too. Recommending this to my friends and family and I will definitely come back.

My bf treated me to a manicure for my birthday. Mina and Wendy assisted us. Thank you Wendy for my beautiful nails 💅 I really love it! And thank you Mina for my bf’s manicure. Thank you both for entertaining us while getting our nails done. It’s my third time here and they did not disappoint. We will come back again.

I’ve had my nails done by Nina twice now, and she always does an amazing job. She’s friendly, gentle, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and happy with the result. Everything is always finished to perfection. I definitely recommend her and will keep coming back.

I waited a few days for my initial frustration to settle before evaluating my experience and provide constructive criticism. I booked an appointment online for mani pedi at 12:30, arrived on time but no one paid attention for about 10 minutes so I had to walk up to a lady to let her know. I was even nice enough to say I can start looking at the color plates while I wait. Long story short, my actual service didnt start until 1:10pm, I should've walked out but it was pouring rain outside so I stayed. The pedicure was done decently though, hence 1 star. Then I waited for another 10+ min for my manicure technician to come after my pedicure was finished. The filing was a bit rough and I mentioned it was a bit painful twice. She saw a minor cut at the base of my pinky, even mentioned about it yet she still filed over it when she was treating my cuticles, of course I bled. =_= The polish application was also decent. Hence I gave a 2nd star. I left the salon at around 2:55pm, making it an almost 2.5 hrs appointment when online it said 75min. They should really improve on their time management. Update: the owner promptly reached out to address my issues and concern, this shows that she really cares about her customers. I appreciate this as I am also a small business owner, for this I am willing to give another star.

I had my nails done by Jinnie and a pedicure by Wendy, and both were absolutely fantastic! Jinnie did an incredible job with my gel nails — her attention to detail is next level. Every nail is perfectly shaped and polished, and they feel completely natural while looking stunningly beautiful. I can confidently say I’ll be coming back for more! Huge thanks to Jinnie! Also, the pedicure (as you can see in the photo) was done with great care and looks amazing. Highly recommend both of them!
