My cat became very ill last November. I was not getting the answers I needed from the veterinarian I had at that time. I asked Dr. K's office for a euthanasia quote. The front office staff was so kind and companionate to me( even though my cat was not a patient there). They offered me brochure's and information regarding the service at their office. As many pet lovers know this is a very hard situation to go through. Although I could not save my cat, Dr. K went over her whole health making sure there was nothing more that could be done to save her. I was treated so very kindly. Dr. K and the staff made a horrible situation bearable. Oh and the bright spot is, I have a new vet! Thank you Dr. K and staff!

Our buddy and sweet heart Carlos Santana was their patient, he had an enlarged heart and they gave us some more time to be with him. They were there when Carlos took his last breath and made him as comfortable as possible. They gave us more time with their care that our sweet love had his last Christmas and New year (2026). The card and flowers they sent brought back the tears I thought had finished. They are the best and most loving crew And I would recommend them for every ones pet. The best! Tears fall again.

4 months ago we lost our little Skittles. Yes it took this long. Thank you, thank you for understanding how much these little fur babies mean to us! The compassion from your team from the home visit to the card and flowers helped at this difficult moment in time. Thank you! RIP skittles, we miss you!

There aren't enough stars available to give for what this vet deserves. My fiance and I first used this vet 2 years ago for their at home euthenasia services. He was strictly an indoor cat, so we decided we wanted his last moments to be outside. The girls who came to our house happily sat directly on the ground in the grass with us until we were ready to say goodbye, and they showed truly genuine empathy and emotion, and made the process extremely comfortable. A couple of months ago, our other cat wasn't breathing so this being the closest vet, we rushed him there. They had already closed by the time we got there and were about to leave for the day, but they happily stayed for multiple hours after closing to make sure our cat was okay. 2 weeks ago, we had to emergently rush him back again however this time the visit was less fortunate. Our cat absolute hated being at the vet (what cat doesnt), however he was completely at peace with Dr K, purring as he gave him forehead scratches. I couldn't have asked for a better vet for our cat to spend his last moments. Once again, they showed so much compassion during our emotional time, and made the process extremely comfortable for both our cat and for us. What amazed me the most was the fact that they personally delivered a boquet of flowers and a card that was personally written by all of the employees offering their condolences. I'm not sure if this is a common thing for vets to do or not, but I was blown away by how above and beyond they go for their clients. They made the process of grief a tad bit easier.

Yesterday afternoon we had an emergency with our beloved cat Kaylee. We were not patients of Vedder Mountain but we were accommodated and rushed in to see Dr K. Unfortunately the prognosis for our kitty was grim and we had to say goodbye and allow her to cross over the rainbow bridge. The staff here were absolutely amazing, from the front staff, the vet tech and Dr K himself. We were treated with the utmost respect, care and compassion. Kaylee was treated with the dignity she deserved in her final moments. We can not thank them enough for everything that they did.
