The team at Ross Bay Vet are the best, very caring and professional. Dr. Harmonie gave both my dogs such good care until the end of their life. Dr. Jackson was also so very helpful and caring. I have always found all the staff to be awesome and kind.

I chose this clinic for my new dog after having a good experience with my previous dog some years ago. Unfortunately, the experience this time has been very different, and it appears there has been significant staff turnover since then. During recent visits, I felt there was a strong emphasis on cytology and lab testing before treatment would be prescribed, even for issues that appeared straightforward. My dog presented with a UTI, and medication was not prescribed without additional lab tests. On a later visit for an ear infection — including one that had already been treated previously — further testing was again recommended before treatment, despite the symptoms being visually obvious. The overall approach felt more focused on diagnostics than clinical judgment, resulting in higher costs and longer visits than I expected for relatively common conditions. This ultimately led to a loss of confidence in the care being provided. Based on my recent experience, I won’t be returning and will be seeking veterinary care elsewhere

Fantastic staff that really care about the animals and helped saved our young cat when he did something not so smart. They gave us lots of options and talked us through everything. I really appreciate the attitude and professionalism of the entire staff but especially of Dr. Jackson. Thank you!

Styx and Link were surprised by the trip to the vet but handled it well, as well as cats do going to the vets. The doctor was nice and no one got bit. Styx got a shot but didn't feel a thing so yay. Link is a a chonker but says it's all fur. Thanks to the awesome staff and vets there for never pushing for unnecessary vaccines or procedures and making the visits enjoyanle. Styx and Link say thanks and see you in a year when mum gets her income tax again.
