Johnathan was thorough, responsive, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire EV charger planning process. He took the time to review my panel photos, explain how EV energy management systems work under the Electrical Code, and walk me through load calculations, rebate eligibility, and equipment options in a clear and practical way. He was also flexible with scheduling and willing to work with me on a payment plan, which made a big difference. I appreciated his transparency when supplier pricing changed and his willingness to adapt so we could keep the project moving. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience. I would gladly recommend him!

My bathroom fan stopped working and he was super helpful and reasonably priced and offered great explanations, support in diagnosing and getting the parts, answered my many questions, and best of all was very reasonable on price and no upselling sales tactics. Would 10/10 hire again!

He was extremely helpful over the phone in understanding our electrical issue, helping us troubleshoot it and giving us a thorough explanation of what the issue might be and what the service call would entail.
