Thank you to Blake and his team at Vanguard Painting for the excellent work they did this fall repainting the exterior beam structure. The team did a fantastic job and were very accommodating and very skilled. Their pricing is super competitive, would hire them again and recommend them to other strata corporations.

Our sincere appreciation to Blake and the Vanguard Painting Team for the excellent work they did this summer washing and painting our balcony. We are incredibly pleased with the results. The team did a fantastic job at every stage of the process. We especially applaud how accommodating they were in addressing an issue we reported after the project was completed, even though it was not Vanguard's fault. The entire process, from initial scheduling to the final touch-up, was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Thank you all for an exceptionally well-done job!

I manage a short-term rental company with 57 condos. I have used Vanguard Painting Ltd every year for the last nine years to update our units with a fresh coat of paint. I highly recommend Vanguard Painters. From the folks at the office to the painting crew, I find everyone to be professional, pleasant, accommodating and mindful. This is important to me as the work that is being done alongside neighboring condos that are occupied with paying guests. The goal here is to be as least disruptive as possible. Vanguard always achieves this goal; they also work well with other contractors that may be working at same time refurbishing our condos. Once the project is completed and we do a walk through, Vanguard will always tell me that they will work till I am completely satisfied with their work, and I always am

Vanguard Painted our 5000 sq ft office over the Family day long weekend. The Foreman Jorge led the project and staff and was very receptive to our questions and concerns over the weekend and in the few weeks leading up to our project. There were a few touch ups that were needed after the painting was completed and Jorge came in twice to make everything perfect. Don't hesitate to hire Vanguard, their workmanship and customer service are excellent.

Our strata council hired Vanguard Painting to paint the hallways of our building. The project was completed in a very timely manner even though some of it was taking place over the holidays. Mike was very professional in his communication and made sure everything went smoothly. I had very good interactions with Tony and the rest of the team as well. All expected work was completed to the finest detail, I would absolutely recommend Vanguard for any painting project. Thank you!
