Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I clearly showed pictures and explained that I wanted a butterfly cut with soft, subtle balayage highlights. I was originally told the price would be $200. When I arrived for my appointment, the price suddenly changed to $300, which was never properly communicated. The stylist implied the price could be lower if I cut my hair shorter. When I agreed, she cut my hair much shorter than discussed and then said it had to stay that way. Throughout the appointment, she did not listen to what I wanted, was rude and dismissive, and communication was extremely difficult because she barely spoke English and relied on a translator the entire time. The final result was not balayage at all — it looked like uneven, harsh highlights, as if they were badly grown out. I sat there for 6 hours for a result I hated. To make it worse, I was pressured to say I liked my hair for a TikTok, even though I clearly didn’t. Paying $300 instead of the promised $200 for such a poor result was extremely frustrating. Would not recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my new blonde balayage!! My stylist Mandy did an amazing job— she has a wonderful eye for detail and is so kind. I’ve been receiving compliments on my hair all week! the photos speak for themselves(second photo is the before) :)

The work is clean. While waiting for the hair done, Mandy offered me a freshly espresso coffee. The Salon observes the face mask and only one customer at a time. Price is average with quality service.

Customer service was ok, but poor skills. My hair was uneven and there are parts that are longer than the other. She cut more than what i wanted, and it was already too short that I didn't want more hair to be cut so I didn't want her to fix it. At least people there are nice, but I don't think i would come back. Updates: So I went back few days ago, and Mandy the manager fixed my hair, I am really satisfied with the result! She is super sweet and offers excellent customer service, didn't ask for a refund because of the result she gave me, a complimentary fixed is more than enough! Really appreciate her kind offer and wanting to make customers feel happy, so glad I gave them a second chance!
