Love this place! Every doctor I meet is professional, caring, listens to all my concerns as if they knew me personally and wanted the best for me and my dog. They don’t do anything unnecessary, and will always check in with me to see if whatever costs are ok with me at that point, and if not they will work to find other solutions. We always have options. My pup is always in good hands, she’s anxious with people in general and is always so well taken care of with any given person who may be helping us that day. I trust them with everything, they work to see if I can be seen sooner than later, so all my concerns are always taken care of immediately. Thank you to the whole team! We love you guys.

Xx has a cornea ulcer a few months ago and we took him to see Dr. Caius. The staff was attentive and we were able to get some eye drops and he felt a lot better. During the visit, they notice he has his heart mur mur and suggested me to call in a time to get an ultrasound with the cardiologist. Early this week, Xx suddenly was coughing and wasn’t feeling the greatest and the staff was super empathetic and tried to to do what they can to see if they can book the ultrasound as soon as possible. Xx was able to go in at noon and had the ultrasound!! Also, we found out the cause of the coughing was a change in weather. Dr. Caius was patient and explained Xx’s heart condition and we are going to have a follow up visit with some recommendations that’s best for him and I am so grateful. It’s also really nice because he speaks Cantonese and has overseas! The staff also kept me updated with how Xx was doing and kept me reassured. Thank you Vancouver Vet Team!!

I would highly recommend this clinic and have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team. They are all so kind, patient, professional and helpful and I always feel safe leaving my 2 cats in their care. Dr. Goldberg helped me reach a diagnosis for my one cat that unknowingly has been suffering with hyperthyroidism for years and recommended radioactive iodine treatment which could very well cure this condition and save his life. So far he is one month post-treatment and already seems like a different cat! I will be forever grateful to their level of care and dedication to their clients and patients. The only drawback for us was that they do not offer direct billing to insurance companies but I have had zero issue with coverage from mine (Fetch) for all their treatments!

The only vet I trust with my dogs! They are always kind and welcoming, provide a wealth of knowledge and great service every visit. The veterinarians are all so amazing at their jobs and acted fast during a time my youngest needed surgery. We have been given little doggy bandanas on multiple occasions and feel like all the staff treat my boys like their own. Thank you Vancouver Veterinary Hospital for all you do!

What an amazing experience I have to share My wife and I are new to this veterinarian clinic/hospital and just had our first appointment yesterday. Our last vet unexpectedly closed on a whim. After receiving no notice and finding out their doors were closed on our scheduled appointment day we had to quickly find a new home as the medicine for one of our cats was running out. After spending days checking online I decided to try these guys. My wife and I are so happy and our first impressions are at the highest level. Everyone just seemed so happy here...customers and the staff! We saw Dr. Caius Chan who was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. Not only is him and the staff professional but they actually care about what they are doing. They enjoy their job! They seem to have a high level of care for our precious pets. These are people we need to entrust our fur babies too. You have a customer for life! Thank you team!
