I suffered 2 serious injuries in 2025. i started therapy with SHAYNE WHITE in December. This has been a complete GAME CHANGER!! Not only does this therapist know his stuff, But he has given me HOPE. When I lost all hope in the system. Anyone on WCB knows how it goes. With the patience and understanding and knowledge, I am finally BEING HEARD ! Being helped with compassion...not lying to me and communicating to me respectfully ..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHAYNE and ALL of the staff at VIT. They know what they are doing and actually CARE about their patients..Thankyou to Vancouver Island for existing!!!

I thought my injury would “ heal on its own” but after things got worse and I was taking too many pain pills daily, I called Shayne White at VIphysiotherapy. First visit- what a difference! Why didn’t I go sooner? Shayne explained the cause of my injury, treated the muscles and explained what I could and shouldn’t do while I recovered. After the first visit, no more pain meds and I knew I wouldn’t have to hobble anymore. Shane is very knowledgeable. Don’t wait- go see him.

Myself and family have seen Dr Ashley and 3 of the 4 physiotherapists and have recommended them all to our friends and family to see the team at Vancouver island physiotherapy clinic because there not like other places they listen to you and your needs and come up with a plan to get you back on track whatever that may be dance, or the gym or even office job they keep us moving forward. And of course the amazing admin staff always greeting us and helping us book appointments with our busy lives. My wife also had one of the Acupuncture facials and she hasn’t stop raving about the whole experience she had with Alison out at the cedar location.

I highly recommend Vancouver Island Physiotherapy Clinic for many health needs. The staff, especially the front desk, are absolutely amazing. I personally go once a week and it is a calm, friendly and professional experience each visit. Erika has changed my life and I will forever be grateful.

Erika Harder has cared for my issues since she opened for business in Ladysmith. She is a very hands on therapist. She listens and does her assessments very well. I have been very satisfied with the outcome of my treatments. Erika is personable and very approachable. As a long time patient of Erika’s I would definitely recommend using her for your treatment needs.
