Everyone is super lovely and my kitten had a great first appointment. They send out more promo emails than I've ever gotten from a vet, and many of these are repeatedly encouraging clients to leave reviews, which is annoying. It's a nice clinic - small, clean, professional. Happy to have found good vets so close to home.

Such a lovely clinic. Every single person we interacted with was so amazing. Everyone is so caring and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Even before our first appointment, the front desk employees were incredibly helpful with getting our files opened and answering questions we had. Dr. Namazi has such a calming presence which was so great as vet visits are usually a big cause of stress. He took the time to explain everything to us and ensure he had a detailed understanding of our cat’s history. He called the next day with blood test results and counselled us through next steps. Overall, we’re so grateful to have found an amazing Dr. and clinic in our neighbourhood.

Doctor Alan is an exceptional veterinarian who truly cares about both pets and their owners. From the very first visit, it was clear that my pet was in thoughtful, capable hands. His diagnosis and prognosis were thorough, clear, and gave me real confidence during a stressful time. Just as important, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, making the entire experience much easier for both me and my pet. I’m deeply grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and genuine empathy shown by everyone at the clinic. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Vancouver Downtown Pet Hospital for a while just to buy food, but recently I had to bring my cat in urgently without an appointment because our regular vet is far and traffic was bad. They kindly accepted us right away, treated my cat with so much care, and did an excellent job with his injection. The staff were amazing. they even recognized my cat by name, came to pet him, and helped him feel loved and calm even though he is usually very nervous. Although this isn’t our regular clinic, I had such a great experience that I will definitely come here for any urgent visits or smaller treatments. They are professional, kind, and truly trustworthy.

We had a great experience at the Vancouver Downtown Pet Hospital. I brought in our kitten for a vaccination and the staff and Dr. Namazi were so kind and gentle to her. We even had a follow up call the next day to check in on how she was doing. I’m glad we relied on the many positive reviews of this clinic, it definitely exceeded our expectations.
